Is your green tea really green?

Hi friends

I cannot start my day without a nice cup of green tea.
I am a big green tea drinker but absolutely hate those tea bags sold at supermarkets. The moment you pour hot water, it becomes yellowish brown and tastes horrible. They are not “green” to me.
I don’t trust those chemically treated bags. They smell. Also, not sure about the quality of leaves. They smell, too.
This is my cup of tea, girls.

Green tea has fabulous benefits and I highly recommend you all to swap your latte for green tea, I mean real one.
Unlike black tea, green tea’s processing avoids the fermentation process. As a result, green tea retains maximum amount of antioxidants and polyphenols the substances that give green tea its many benefits.
As well as natural anti-aging benefits, it is said that green tea works for weight loss, diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s….you will find a lot of benefits if you Google it.
It contains vitamin C, catechin, theanine etc.

Girls, come to my place. I will make you really nice one!
