Juno's food fix

Hi friends

Juno’s fix series part 3.

Food fix. After you read some of my articles, you understand how much I love soya products. Soya products work well if you suffer from menopause or hormone imbalance.

This time, it is a different type of bean curd called "a-ge". Ta-dah! They are really nice when it is cooked in rice or soup.

Also, I found Konnyaku in a little oriental grocery shop in Coventry. Look at this weird looking thing. Absolutely disgusting, isn’t it?

Konnyaku is a jelly-like food made from konnyaku potatoes and has been known as “broom for the stomach” for its abilities to facilitate weight loss and deliver other vital health benefits to the human body. It cleans your intestines, has practically zero calories and is full of fibre.

My dinner today. Full of goodies.

With a nice cup of tea to follow, I am nicely fixed.
