Hi friends,
I got this Japanese
stew cubes from my favourite Korean grocery shop in Coventry. Hayashi
Rice sauce.
It is similar
to the curry sauce cubes I introduced on this blog before. (Please refer to my old
post in July – Carrot Leaves, Noodles & Curry) The taste is very different as
this one is more like demi-glace type of sauce, but it is equally tasty.
Hayashi Rice
with mushroom, onion, potatoes and broccoli. It should be with chicken or beef,
but I couldn’t find any meats in the fridge…
Off course,
we can use this sauce as a substitute of demi-glace sauce like this.
Versatile
and definitely delicious. Yummmm…..
