Get up early to be young and slim!

Hi friends,

If you feel bit depressed or dull and need a boost, I would suggest opening all of the windows in your house in early morning.  You need to remove the bad air from your house. Yep, it is another Juno’s illogical logic. It won’t cost you a penny. Just give it a try.

We are too busy to notice the influence our daily environment making upon us. Air, colours, smell, sound, anything around us is really affecting our life every second.   

Even you live in a big city, the air in early morning becomes cleanest. The best time to take a deep breath. Early morning air contains more minus ion than any other time of the day. Minus ion is more around waterfalls, rivers, lakes and forests. That is why you have quality of sleep after visiting those places. The benefits of minus ion are;
  • Strengthen the functions of autonomic nerves
  • Reinforces collagen (tissues that are resilient and tension-related)
  • Improves the permeability of the cell's prototype plasma membranes (improves metabolism)
  • Strengthens the body's immune system

Ladies, please focus on the second and third points. Collagen!!! Metabolism!!!

Ditch the dodgy tablets for eternal youth and get up early! Who needs those expensive slimming pills?

I love watching the sky changing colours in the morning.

Just take a deep breath and you will feel it is going to be OK. You will have a good day.
