Hi friends,
Today’s
breakfast.
Aubergine,
red pepper and green pepper.
Enoki
mushrooms and onion.
Chives.
Also I had
tender stem broccoli (leftover from yesterday) and yellow tomatoes.
And this is my
weight this morning.
57.6 kg. It
has become 300g lighter than yesterday.

Always take a
photo before you eat….
