beautiful day. It seems like we are having lovely summer days in the coming
week.
Super
markets are selling lots of meats for BBQ. I got a good quality pork chop and
found this jar at my beloved Waitrose.
It is for
curry but you can use it for anything as substitute of onion puree.
I made sauce
with this, wine, ketchup, bit of brown sauce and garlic puree.
Yummy….
