BMW Z3 Convertible

Hi friends,

One of my good friends who reads this blog asked me about my treat in May, June and July. Treat in July is yet to come, treat in June was, actually those Chanel’s lipstick and gloss. (the article “Darling, it has to be 114”) Treat in May was supposed to be something special as it was my birthday month. I actually booked a flying lesson for that. However, just before I was thinking about booking the day, I heard that someone lost a job.

Unfortunately, when a company is restructuring by reducing head counts, it always starts with those who work on a contract basis.  He knew that pretty well as he has been contracting for years. However, it was not pleasant feeling to have uncertain future, especially it took him nearly 1 year to get a job last time.
It was his birthday in the beginning of June, so I gave my flying lesson to him. He was so pleased as he is originally from aerospace industry. Anything related to aeroplanes excites him. I was pleased to see it cheered him up a bit.

Then, guess what. He got a very good job 2 days after I gave up the flying lesson!! Damn…
Never mind, what goes around comes around. I will get a nice surprise one day.

Then, guess what.

Can you believe that someone whom I suspect that s/he is one of my company employees (as it happened at the company car park) hit my parked car and ran away without leaving a note!!

I wanted to cry. Although it was an old car, it never let me down. As you might remember, it cost me fortune to fix the window in May and the week before it happened, I had brake pads and discs fixed. Again, they didn’t come cheap.

When this horrible thing comes from your “supposed-to-be-a-colleague”, you feel so betrayed, don’t you? It was worse than having the same accident in a public car park. I was more shocked than being angry and after that, I felt so sad seeing my ever faithful old car looked so terrible.

I think it is high time for me to get an overdue May treat to cheer me up and this is it.
Not bad, is it?

This came to me through a fabulous young man who was really helpful throughout the purchasing process. I am very grateful for all the help Joe gave me and seeing him at the right time is definitely my blessing.

See? What goes round comes round.

This means, I shall forgive that person who hit my car and ran away, as he or she will be cursed with little accidents for the rest of his/her life. Tee hee hee…. ;-p
