Hi friends
We got
sunshine at last! It is a beautiful day, isn’t it? To make most of it, I will
go out for country walking. Also, it is good time for me to get my favourite
cheese, Mont d’Or, so I will pop in the shop in Stratford as well. Mont d'Or is Vacheirn
(cheese from Cow’s milk) and available from France and Switzerland. The
difference is, whether it is pasteurised (Swiss) or not (French). I prefer the
latter one. It is only available in markets form 10th September to
10th May but here in England , it tends to disappear from shops before Easter.
Anyway, it
is enough of my cheesey talk.
