Hi friends,
My breakfast
this morning.
When I got
up, I noticed I have no bread or rice. OMG!
You know, I eat breakfast almost religiously. I
had to do something about it to start my glorious Sunday.
So, I made
walnut rolls. They are truly scrumptious.
Omelette
(contains soya milk) with home-made mini tomato sauce. I often make sauce with
mini tomatoes. They contain more lycopene than ordinary tomatoes. Lycopene is great
antioxidant as well as cancer preventing agent.
Potato &
sweet corn salad and Frankfurters with BBQ sauce.
This is the happiest
way of starting a day. My truly happy Breakfast.
