My usual
subject. Breakfast and lunch.
Breakfast.
Someone commented on my way of arranging foods. Here’s one of the tips I use.
Wrapping sandwich with cling film and then cut. Simple but it works well.
Lunch.
I am going
out this evening for dinner. I shouldn’t actually, as I have to do revision and
starve myself for tomorrow’s health check.
However, my policy is, never turn down
the offer of a good meal and an excellent company. ;-)
I am sure I will see
the consequence of this good time in my body fat tomorrow..…….
