At long
last, my exam days are over and it is time for me to say good-bye to stress at home.
Stress at work continues but hey ho, what is new to that?
I don’t
think many of you are bothered to know how heavier or lighter I have become since
I started my diet on 25th August. Two very bad friends had kept
texting me to report what they were eating for dessert.

This is me
this morning.
It is
slightly heavier than I should be,though, but since I was 57.9kgs on 25th
August, it is not bad progress considering the effort I spent.
My tip is
the following, and my dear ladies and gentlemen including the naughty 2 with
teasing texts, I can assure you that this method really works (if you are not a
vegetarian.)
Right book
explains extensively why our diet fails by using the theory of fat resistance,
whereas the left one is more practical and easier to follow the theory.
Whilst I was
losing weight, I used more spices than I normally use to keep me warm. When you
feel cold, you tend to eat. It is body’s natural reaction.
I added
ginger powder in my tea (with honey and soya milk) and also drank Ginger tea in
the evening to avoid excessive caffeine intake.
Also,
instead of salt, I used pepper in soup etc.
My body is
lighter now but it seems not many people noticed the difference.....damn!!!
